We’re excited to introduce the KDT Jiu-Jitsu Kids Program, designed specifically for children aged 5-8 years old, launching this August. This isn’t just another kids class; it’s a structured program that spans six months, focusing on both physical and personal development.

What is the KDT Jiu-Jitsu Kids Program?

The KDT Jiu-Jitsu Kids Program provides young participants with an engaging mix of physical activity and the fundamentals of Jiu-Jitsu. Over the next six months, children will concentrating on self-defense, physical strength, balance, and social skills.

A Well-Structured Curriculum

Our program takes a holistic approach to child development. Each week, kids will attend fun and interactive classes that teach Jiu-Jitsu techniques while fostering confidence and resilience. For instance, children will:

Learn the Basics: Kids will master essential movements, techniques and escapes in a safe environment.
Gain Self-Defense Skills: Understanding basic self-defense gives children the confidence to handle challenging situations.
Enhance Physical Fitness: Jiu-jitsu improves strength and balance, with classes built around exercises that promote flexibility and endurance in a playful way.
Develop Social Skills: Teamwork and respect are essential components of our program. Kids will learn how to communicate, collaborate, and form friendships, preparing them for group dynamics in school and beyond.

Class Details

Classes will be held once a week on Tuesdays from 17:00 to 17:50.
